Our first Digital Post Bezau Retreat brings the expertise from the Hotel Post Bezau to your home anywhere and at any time. We are your home away from home – on site, and from now on also digitally.

For us, the term mindset stands for the inner attitude towards ourselves and our environment and influences our thoughts and actions. In many conversations with our guests and in the further development of our retreats, one point has occupied us again and again: the right mindset. Since this accompanies us day by day and plays such an important role in our lives, we would like to make this retreat accessible to you from everywhere.

Consisting of three valuable and complementary components, the programme aims at a holistic well-being for body and mind:

Coaching

In the individual coaching with our mindset expert Fritz Prengel, you will achieve deeper awareness and more mindfulness. Fritz works with a combination of proven coaching methods and targeted mindfulness training so that you can better face your personal challenges in everyday life. It is close to his heart that you centre yourself in the here and now and thus strengthen your own being. Together, opportunities and resources are identified to help you achieve more joy in life and a new quality of life. Coaching supports your process of experiencing yourself more deeply and releasing your true potential.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle and effective practice for balancing disharmonies in the body and releasing stuck structures. Our yoga expert Claudia Jochum-Breuß accompanies you professionally in your process of renewal and transformation. Holding the individual poses over a longer period of time is optimally supported with various aids. The healing effect of the breath and the gift of pausing lead to balance in the vegetative nervous system. It improves the quality of sleep, has a mood-lifting effect, helps with chronic pain and tension and strengthens psychological resilience.

Mindset Ritual Box

The Digital Mindset Retreat is rounded off with our high-quality products from the Mindset Ritual Box, which will be delivered to your home. These support you in bringing your body and mind into balance. Detailed instructions show you how to best integrate the products into your daily routine.
