Our soups, juices, shots, dressings, pear puree and rice congee are preserved through pasteurization. Accordingly, they should ideally have a shelf life of several weeks when unopened. The recommended best-before date can be found on a sticker on the bottom of your products.

Dried products generally have a shelf life of several months. The best-before date can be found on the back label.

However, products are often still good beyond the stated date, especially if stored in a cool, dark place.

Since it is difficult to guarantee a shelf life, we recommend starting the cleanse directly after receiving the package.

Our granolas have calorie values of approx. 451 to 523 kcal per 100 g (Cocoa Granola: 451 kcal / 100 g, Quinoa Granola: 501 kcal / 100 g, Gluten-Free Granola: 523 kcal / 100 g). Per portion of 67 g, this means approximately 300 to 350 kcal.

The juices range from approximately 32 to 59 kcal per 100 ml. Pure vegetable juices have a lower energy content than juices with fruit. With three juices a day, you consume about 200 to 380 kcal.

Our soups average between 91 and 139 kcal per 100 ml. A portion of 400 ml of soup thus results in approx. 360 to 560 kcal. If you consume two portions of soup per day, that's approximately 720 to 1,120 kcal. By the way: All our soups are vegan and are prepared without butter or cream.

The ginger shots range from approx. 30 to 50 kcal per piece.

The detox tea can be considered calorie-free.

The daily calorie intake of our Detox Program is therefore between 1,250 and 1,900 kcal, whereby these values are only approximate and average values. On average, a daily intake of approx. 1,500 kcal can be expected from the products of the program alone. Milk, plant-based drinks, yogurt, added fruits or vegetables, or whatever else you eat or drink in addition to the products of your program, must of course be added to calculate your individual daily intake.

As a rule, all our food products (soups, juicings, granolas, ...) are free from preservatives or additives such as sugar, flavour enhancers or similar. We work 100% with natural ingredients. Some of our products are preserved by pasteurisation.
